Bursting Bubbles Dinner at Bellota

This dinner will traverse the region of Champagne across the growers outlined in Bursting Bubbles, which has a slightly different take on the history of Champagne and the dinner will follow the outline of the text, featuring a who's who of grower Champagne with names like Jacquess Selosse, Egly Ouriet, Agrapart and Larmandier Bernier to name a few.

Danielle Rensonnet has designed the special five course menu listed below with the wines, many of which are coming from Rob’s personal collection. Some of the wines being shown in this dinner are rarely available in Australia. This is a dinner for Champagne geeks and those just discovering Champagne alike!
